About the project

I worked on the redesign of Coach's product detail page with a cross-functional team at Tapestry. We rebuilt the page around faster decision-making: clearer hierarchy, stronger product details, and cleaner purchase flows across breakpoints. Through prototyping, testing, and tight iteration cycles, the new experience supported a major lift in revenue while keeping the visual language aligned with the brand.

PDP hero and first-view structure

Product detail density, made scannable

This section organizes the highest-intent decisions first: product title, price context, key variants, and clear add-to-cart actions. The layout reduces visual friction by grouping related details into predictable blocks, so users can compare options quickly instead of hunting through long copy.

Product detail density, made scannable

A focused PDP redesign that improves scanning, trust, and purchase confidence without overloading the page.

The work balanced brand presentation with practical commerce UX: information appears in the order customers need it to decide and buy.

Trust and reassurance touchpoints

Supporting rails add confidence without interrupting the buying path. Shipping, returns, and material information are surfaced near selection controls, while imagery and secondary content reinforce quality and fit. The result is a calmer page that answers common objections early.
